I've read A Christmas Carol too many times to mention now. It's become a personal Christmas tradition of mine to read it each Christmas if I am able. It needs little explanation, if you haven't read it you will be familiar with it through many films, cartoons and plays. The original Dickens masterpiece is truly the best though and best read in the run up to Christmas. A timeless story that is just as relevant now as it was in Victorian London. A wonderful book and it truly deserves it's place in the gold standard of what Christmas truly means - giving, generosity to others, kindness and family.
